When it doesn’t do what you need it to do, because its working perfectly. And to make it do what you need it to do, you have to break it. Anyone know enough about VPN through windows servers to be willing and able to help me break mine?

So the weekend work total was 45 hours between friday morning and sunday night. This includes 3 failed SBS installs, 1 storming nic taking down the network, all file permissions needing to be rest, 2 isps giving me the wrong IP information, and 4 failed dns updates. Its not all in the can yet, but I am taking a break to go sit shiva for my Great Aunt Selma. She was great in every sense of the word. More on her later because she deserves a post of her own.
For the 1st time in 38 hours . . .

I have left the office. By the time I got to an okay place to stop last night, it really wasn’t woth going home. Good thing the office couch is comfy. Now a shower and some sleep in my own bed – before going back tomorow morning. All told I worked about 32 hours out of the last 38. More later.
I think. This will likely be redundant being that we were the last people on the planet to see Juno. But we LOVED it – I liked the story, I liked the style, and I liked the way it treated the characters – low on stereotypes and high on facets. 27 Dresses, pretty much exactly what you’d expect from a romantic comedy, nothing unexpected, but cute.
