I haven’t made a RL update for a while, work is sort of eating my brain and there is just a ton to do. Some Highlights Whiskeyfest – got me a ticket and I ever so grateful, I had a blast, learned a lot, drank some fabulous scotch (and some less fabulous as well) I hope I am able to go again next year, and with this years “first taste is free” introduction I am much more likely to shell it out for it again next year. Well last night was MUCH better - we used the Haggadah that and I wrote years ago and have updated with my dad. It still need quite a bit of updating, but at least *I* find that most of the haggadah and how it “speaks” works for me (funny that). Last night was my Dad’s family, Monday night was my Mom’s family. There was at least some sense that people were “there” and participating because they felt connected to what was going on.
