So some of you might have heard of MuseCon, or even went last year. For those of you who haven’t – its a fabulous little con that is just getting started (we’re heading into our 2nd year). Life busy, life good, drive by update ….
Working out still happening, but not at a frequency that makes me happy, so I switched my work schedule to 7am-3ish and will be trying to work out in the afternoon after work. This week that got me to the club 3 days in a row. YAY! Now I have to switch up my workout routine so that it can handle consecutive days of workouts. I’ll be going from a less focused workout plan where I was doing sort of an all body thing with rest days in between to an all upper body for one day, and lower body/core [...]
So there is this new con … some of you may have heard of it. It is called MuseCon, billed a “A new convention in northeastern Illinois celebrating music and the hands-on arts”. I think these folks have a really cool idea for a con and this year is its inaugural year – its beta test so to speak. They have a bunch of cool things scheduled, there is a robust Filk schedule and their programming page lists,Knitting, Crochet/Amigurumi, Beginning soldering, Blinkies, Polymer Clay, Photoshop, Papercraft, and Photography.
