Last night Evan and I and my family all went out to a new restaurant called Blue 13. I can say flat out that I don’t remember the last time I left a restaurant *that* satisfied with the whole entire experience. The staff was fantastic, knowledgeable, and enthusiastic about their food and their philosophy. The menu was creative and eclectic, and almost every entree and appetizer sounded yummy. Two of my unpublished (because they are always unpublished – all the easier to cheat) resolutions for this year are to eat better, and to be a bit more fiscally responsible. One little step of this is to change the way we are eating breakfast. Evan and I both tend to purchase a muffin in the morning at the train station.
