Working out still happening, but not at a frequency that makes me happy, so I switched my work schedule to 7am-3ish and will be trying to work out in the afternoon after work. This week that got me to the club 3 days in a row. YAY! Now I have to switch up my workout routine so that it can handle consecutive days of workouts. AWESOME MUSIC! Thanks everyone who performed! Everyone i heard was fantastic, and I feel really blessed for getting a chance to hear all of you in one weekend. So most of May and a little of June: ADD meds seem to be working somewhat – I do wish I could find a different head-doc that would be easier to talk to about what efficacy I am actually getting. Right now it is quite clear that she isn’t actually listening to me (Evan sat in on the last meeting and concurred), while constantly suggesting that she will stop prescribing, even when we have found something that gives me some sort of useful effect. I haven’t been posting much, because I have been largely spinning my wheels (and not the kind that make yarn). And when I am not getting anything crafty done, I am working on Capricon. For those of you who don’t know, Capricon is a science fiction convention. This year I am the guest liaison, responsible for being the main contact for the all of the convention guests, this is mostly a correspondence job.
