I know it seems early early early, but because of the kinds of programming we do we are trying to have our programming all setup before Capricon this year (also we think that will improve reg rates)

As we are so new, we are run very much on a volunteer basis and are looking for people who might be interested in sharing a bit of their knowledge, skill or creativity by running a program.

Bought some really great CDs – Heather Dale, Alexander James Adams, Julia Ecklar and (the one I am listening to now) Playing Rapunzel. (How come no one told me that Playing Rapunzel had Mich Sampson in it!)

Slept way more than one might want to to get the most out of a con. This sad side affect of getting older is a significant part of why I have become more meh about going to cons in the last few years. I really want to hang out with my friends and do cuddly bonding – I don’t want to have to have to get drunk, go deaf or wait until midnight or 1am to do it.

Already starting to work up a concert slate for next year. Talked to Debbie Gates, Amy McNally and at least one member of Toyboat about concerts. Yes there will indeed be concerts and house sings (and craft days) in 2011 if I don’t drastically fail in the planning.

In any case i think it sounds like it is going to be a really interesting con and reg and hotel blocks will close soon, so I thought I would give it a bit of boost and let folks who hadn’t heard about it in on the coolness.
