Heya – this is supposed to be about me, but being that talking about ones self like this is a bit of a pain, this will be kind of general.

I live in Illinois in the Chicago-Milwaukee metro corridor. I work in Evanston, and play all over Chicago and the northern suburbs. I love being creative, and have a short attention span. Which means I tend to flit from one project to the next giving me lots of opportunity to try different types of arts and crafts. A partial list includes fabric painting, origami, beading (stringing and weaving), lampwork glass, cake decorating, ceramics, multi-media sculpture, drawing, crocheting, knitting, jewelry making, spinning and fiber dyeing. Besides the variety of crafts I indulge in I also play guitar and sing (although I don’t claim to be skilled.)

I am hyper social and like to cook for my friends. This frequently ends up with folks over at my house to join me in indulging in my hobbies, while I feed them more food than humans were meant to eat.
